Geiza Vargas-Vargas focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and financings for clients in the United States and Latin America. She has closed transactions in a wide variety of sectors, including manufacturing, technology, health care and industrials, with particular experience in energy and infrastructure. She has advised companies and investment funds in telecommunications acquisitions and dispositions and has represented clean technology companies and developers, their investors and lenders in project financings, recapitalizations, strategic alliances, management buyouts, and solar, battery storage, waste-to-energy project acquisitions and dispositions. Ms. Vargas-Vargas has a depth of knowledge with respect to power purchase agreements, microgrids and assessment of ESG strategies with respect to clean power consumption. She also advises her clients on general corporate matters.
