Sam Varsalona is a commercial litigator who handles complex disputes in state and federal courts across the country. With a particular focus in construction litigation for owners and developers and real estate disputes, Sam also maintains practices in bankruptcy-related litigation and FINRA investigations and enforcement for financial services clients. Sam’s work spans the full lifecycle of litigation, including motion practice, discovery/eDiscovery, trial preparation, mediation, and arbitration.
Before joining the firm, Sam clerked for the Hon. Jack M. Sabatino, P.J.A.D., N.J. Superior Court, Appellate Division. While clerking for Judge Sabatino, Sam prepared appellate bench memoranda on issues of both criminal and civil law.
