Ewa A. Wojciechowska is a skilled litigator and trial lawyer with broad experience. She practices intellectual property litigation across various forums and technologies. She advises and represents clients before and in all stages of litigation and Section 337 International Trade Commission (“ITC”) investigations, including depositions, discovery, motion practice, trial, pre-trial and post-trial briefing, as well as appeals and appellate oral arguments. Her work spans many technologies, including smart appliances, LED technology, semiconductors, water filtration, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.

Additionally, Ewa has experience conducting and counseling clients through intellectual property due diligence in acquisition transactions, intellectual property licensing negotiations and navigating contractual disputes, assessing litigation risks for products manufactured abroad and imported to the United States, as well as preparing Freedom to Operate analyses and patent validity opinions.

Ewa has also advised clients during internal antitrust investigations and facilitated communications between client and client’s business partner regarding suspected antitrust conduct.
