Zoe Zhang is a technology, media, and telecommunications attorney who focuses on commercial contracting, information technology transactions, payments and fintech, data privacy and cybersecurity advisory work. She represents clients across various sectors including media, financial services, transportation, and government entities. With over three years of post-qualification experience, Zoe handles complex technology development matters, multijurisdictional licensing agreements, and joint venture agreements throughout the Middle East and internationally.
Zoe advises on a range of technology transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex intellectual property agreements related to technology development and licensing. She works on contracting suites for clients, ranging from master services agreements to partnerships and co-branding agreements. Her practice includes advising on the development of technology assets such as loyalty programs and digital payment platforms.
