NEW YORK – Aug. 19, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented NVI, LLC, a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, in connection with its acquisition of Barracuda Specialty Services, LLC, a provider of inspection and rope access services in the Gulf Coast region.
NVI, based in Gray, Louisiana, is a national provider of testing, inspection, integrity, and program management services for customers across the energy infrastructure, data center, industrial manufacturing, power generation, and marine end markets.
Headquartered in Houma, Louisiana, Barracuda is a leading provider of inspection and nondestructive testing services across the Gulf Coast region, with additional operations in Gonzales, Louisiana, as well as Humble and Midland, Texas.
The Greenberg Traurig team that represented GenNx360 and NVI was led by Ejim Peter Achi, co-chair of the firm’s Global Corporate Practice and Private Equity Practice, and New York Corporate Shareholder Serena Y. Shi.
