Rozanna Piela-Wojciechowska’s practice focuses on individual and collective labor law and social security. She advises clients on establishing employment relationships as well as planning and conducting individual and group dismissal processes. She supports clients in developing and coordinating corporate and employment-related documentation, taking into account the protection of personal data in the work environment. As part of her practice, she advises clients on local and cross-border transactions involving the transfer of a business.

Experience
- Advised a manufacturing client on the workforce restructuring process and collective redundancies involving more than 1,000 employees in connection with the liquidation of the company, including consultation with the trade unions on the terms of terminating employees’ contracts and preparing comprehensive termination documents for all those affected by the restructuring.°
- Participated in projects for clients from various sectors of the economy in connection with drafting civil law contracts, including management contracts.°
- Advised clients from various sectors of the economy on matters relating to the transfer of a business.°
- Worked for clients from various sectors of the economy, in particular manufacturing, IT and the automotive industry, on labor law issues, including drafting and amending work and remuneration regulations, working time, posting of workers, and concluding and terminating contracts with employees and contractors.°
