The Stanford Program in Law, Science & Technology's program "Understanding U.S. Intellectual Property Law" will take place August 18-22 at Stanford Law School. This week-long program will address the many questions arising from the increasingly prominent role that science and technology play in both national and global arenas. Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Steve Baird will be presenting on August 20 from 9:00 am - 10:30 am titled "U.S. Trademark Law Part 1", as well as the session "U.S. Trademark Law Part 2", and will be joined by GT Of Counsel Draeke Weseman, from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm. On August 22, from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm, GT Shareholder Barry Schindler will also be presenting and will cover various topics related to patent prosecution.
