Class-Action Bench-Bar Leadership Summit

GT Chicago Shareholder Frank Citera spoke at the Bench-Bar Leadership Summit on Class Actions at the Charleston School of Law on March 12, 2026. The event was hosted by the Rabiej Litigation Law Center. His panel, "Claims-Administration Issues," analyzed when is “at an early practicable time,” for a judge to rule on a motion for class-action certification; and procedures and practices suggested by opposition that proved to be effective and suitable as candidates for best practices.
