ICC Mexico: "FDI and National Security: Scope of the Proposed Reform in Mexico"

Miguel Flores Bernés, shareholder in the Antitrust Litigation & Competition Regulation practice at the Greenberg Traurig's Mexico City office, will participate as a speaker in the session “FDI and National Security: Scope of the Proposed Reform in Mexico,” organized by the International Chamber of Commerce Mexico’s (ICC Mexico) Trade and Investment Policy Commission, in his capacity as Chair of the Economic Competition Commission.
