PHOENIX – July 18, 2022 – Stephanie J. Quincy, shareholder of the Labor & Employment Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, was appointed to the board of directors of the Herberger Theater Center in Phoenix.
The Herberger Theater Center is a nonprofit, live theater whose mission is to engage community through arts experiences that stimulate conversation, ignite emotion, and inspire connections by delivering education and outreach programs to children, making arts accessible and available to all, supporting resident and local performing arts companies and organizations, and maintaining an award-winning venue.
Quincy utilizes her deep experience handling high-profile litigation, including class action and multi-plaintiff lawsuits, to represent clients in employment litigation matters all over the country. She counsels employers on a variety of employment law matters, including covenants not to compete, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and defamation. She represents employers in administrative matters, including discrimination and harassment charges and wage and hour complaints before state and federal agencies such as the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and state agencies.
