PHILADELPHIA – Oct. 18, 2022 – Nataliya Rymer, a shareholder of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Philadelphia office, is featured in “The Waivers Book Strategies for Overcoming Inadmissibility, Removability, and Other Barriers to Immigration Benefits,” published by the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Rymer contributed to the update of “Waiver After Prior Removal or Deportation: Permission to Reapply for Admission,” a featured chapter in the fourth edition of the book. A member of the firm’s Immigration & Compliance Practice, she represents clients on both immigration and non-immigrant matters, including artists and entertainers, immigrant investors, and managers and executives. She has also spoken and lectured on immigration law in national and international forums, and is a regular contributor to Greenberg Traurig’s EB-5 Insights and the GT Israel Law blogs.
Her experience has garnered her recognition as a Leading U.S. Corporate Employment Lawyer in Lawdragon 500 and the Chambers USA Guide. An avid supporter of immigrants’ rights, Rymer currently serves as both treasurer and on the board of directors for the Council of Jewish Émigré Community Organizations.
