Greenberg Traurig Launches New ‘eDiscovery Watch’ Blog

NEW YORK – Nov. 15, 2022 – The eDiscovery & eRetention Practice at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP launched “eDiscovery Watch,” a blog dedicated to regulatory and legal developments affecting eDiscovery and eRetention.

The blog will feature updates, insights, and analysis from an experienced team of Greenberg Traurig attorneys and will address a broad range of topics relevant to discovery in the modern day, data and information systems, document retention policies and procedures, and industry-specific requirements.

Cohen and Shareholder Kathryn C. Cole will serve as co-editors of the blog. Cohen focuses his practice on commercial litigation, consumer class actions, products liability, eDiscovery, and eRetention. He advises numerous corporations regarding the law of privilege and discovery protocols, planning, and motion practice.

Cole is a commercial litigator with considerable experience in electronic data and cyber-related issues. Her practice covers many areas of complex litigation, including contract claims, product liability claims, tort claims, consumer class action claims, and securities class action claims.
