MIAMI – Feb. 22, 2024 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. advised LLYC, a global corporate affairs and marketing consulting firm, in its acquisition of Lambert Global, a strategic communications firm. The transaction is the largest acquisition in LLYC’s history.
