MIAMI – Feb. 22, 2024 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. advised LLYC, a global corporate affairs and marketing consulting firm, in its acquisition of Lambert Global, a strategic communications firm. The transaction is the largest acquisition in LLYC’s history.

The deal will triple LLYC’s size in the U.S., which will become the company’s second largest market after Spain, and is expected to result in revenues of $35.1 million and EBITDA of $9.7 million, according to the company’s press release.

Under the terms of the agreement, LLYC is acquiring an initial 70% stake in the Michigan-based company for a price based on EBITDA performance in the next two years, LLYC said.

Over the past decade, Greenberg Traurig has represented LLYC in its acquisition of Miami-based strategic communications and public affairs firm EDF Communications, Mexican creative agency “Beso,” and San Diego tech agency BAM.
