Greenberg Traurig Wins ‘Outstanding Collaboration’ Award at European Legal Innovation & Technology Awards 2025

LONDON – May 29, 2025 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s London office won the ‘Outstanding Collaboration’ award at Law.com’s European Legal Innovation & Technology Awards 2025 for the firm’s collaboration with Immunefi and London Chamber of Arbitration and Mediation (LCAM) in developing LCAM’s new Blockchain Expedited Arbitration Rules for Immunefi Arbitration.

Immunefi Arbitration is a uniquely developed method of dispute resolution. A custom set of rules was drafted to govern the system and specifically meet the needs of Immunefi’s users. While arbitration is commonly a private process, the Arbitration System also allows the parties to remain anonymous throughout the process, which is crucial for many security researchers, who often operate under an alias or pseudonym. The Arbitration System will be administered by LCAM, which has adopted specialized procedures and produced a dedicated practice note for arbitrators handling disputes under Immunefi’s system.

The Greenberg Traurig team comprised Shareholder Leith Ben Ammar FCIArb, Practice Group Counsel Johnny Shearman, and Associates Harvey Rees and Jorge Velazquez.

The awards celebrate the trailblazers transforming the legal industry through technology and innovation. According to Law.com, they recognise firms, in-house teams, suppliers, and individuals pushing the boundaries of possibility in legal services, driving efficiency, accessibility, and value through cutting-edge solutions.

The ‘Outstanding Collaboration’ award recognises a deal that showcased innovative and collaborative working between in-house teams and external law firms or suppliers. Entries were judged on legal expertise and innovation, teamwork, strategic vision, efficiency, client satisfaction, and the overall contribution to the success of the business.

The awards took place on May 28 at Milan’s Hotel Principe di Savoia.
