Przemysław Furmaga brings more than twenty years of experience in transaction advisory, including complex M&A projects. He has represented clients in dozens of domestic and cross-border acquisition projects, both on the seller and buyer side. He advises international corporations, private equity funds and private entrepreneurs. He represents Polish and foreign companies from key sectors of the economy.
Przemysław joins Greenberg Traurig with his core team comprising Aleksandra Czarnecka and Andrzej Dunikowski who join the firm at the position of Senior Associate and Damian Kossakowski, joining at the position of Junior Associate.
