Göttingen/Berlin, May 27, 2025 – The Berlin office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig (GT) has provided comprehensive legal advice to Wertgrund Wohnpartner on the sale of 67 subsidized apartments in Göttingen. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025 and be completed in 2027. The transaction underscores the continued high level of investor interest in subsidized housing and sets a benchmark for sustainable urban development in German metropolitan regions.
The buildings are part of the “Liesel-Quartier” project development, which will see the construction of approximately 600 apartments in an attractive location in Göttingen, Germany. Berlin’s GT Real Estate Team supported the client with an experienced team in all legal aspects of the sales process and has already provided legal advice on the acquisition of the site.
