Greenberg Traurig Represents Lumine Group in a Cross-Border Transaction

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – June 3, 2025 – A cross-border, multidisciplinary team from global law firm Greenberg Traurig acted as counsel to Lumine Group Inc. (“Lumine Group”), a global buy-and-hold forever acquirer of communications and media software businesses, on entering into an agreement to acquire Datafusion Systems (“Datafusion”). Closing is expected by early Q3, following customary reviews and approvals in Dubai.
