MIAMI – Jan. 30, 2026 – Two attorneys from the Miami office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. were selected as 2026 “40 Under 40” Award recipients by the Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section: Carlos L. Diaz, a shareholder in the Miami Land Use Practice, and Sandra Ramirez Loe, a Litigation associate.
The 40 Under 40 Award program recognizes top legal talent who have demonstrated professional excellence early in their careers throughout the county, according to the Miami-Dade Bar. Honorees will be recognized during the organization’s Miami Nights event Feb. 26 at the Hotel Colonnade in Coral Gables.
Diaz focuses his practice on guiding clients through the complex and ever-changing landscape of land use and zoning law in Miami-Dade County. He assists individuals, businesses, and developers throughout the development process, from due diligence and zoning entitlements to permitting issues for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. He also serves as vice chair of the Cuban American Bar Association’s Historical Committee and a board member of the Latin Builders Association in Miami.
Loe concentrates her practice on complex, high-stakes commercial litigation, class action defense, and civil appeals. Her experience spans a wide range of industries and matters, including contentious complex matters related to fiduciary claims, noncompetes and trade secrets, partnership disputes, breach of contract, EB-5-related litigation, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Florida Telephone Solicitation Act class actions, and fraud. She litigates cases in Florida state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration.
