FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – March 18, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP served as insurance counsel to Warburg Pincus LLC, a leading global growth investor, in connection with its announced majority investment in TheGuarantors, a leading provider of residential lease guarantee solutions and artificial intelligence-powered underwriting for the rental housing market.

The investment by Warburg Pincus will allow TheGuarantors to scale and broaden access to housing for millions of renters, and continue building a market‑leading platform with long‑term impact across the U.S. rental ecosystem, according to the company’s press release. TheGuarantors will continue to operate under its existing leadership team.
