Karlinsky discusses the continued challenges facing the market, noting that homeowners should not expect insurance rates to decrease anytime soon due to rising reinsurance costs and increasing property values. Despite these challenges, Karlinsky observes signs of improvement following recent reforms, adding that “we’re in a better place than we were a year ago.”
