NEW YORK – Sept. 29, 2026 – Galit Kierkut, Kelly Robreno Koster, and Adesola K. Adegbesan, attorneys in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Labor & Employment Practice, will speak at two CenterForce conferences Sept. 29 in New York.
Kierkut will participate in two programs. She will present “Protecting Trade Secrets in an Era of Increased Employee Mobility” at the Employment Law & HR Summit: Tri-State Region, addressing strategies for protecting confidential information amid workforce movement. She also will present “From Token to Trailblazer: Building Enduring Power for Women in Leadership” at the Women in Law & Leadership Summit: NY, examining how women can build influence, navigate complex management challenges, and advance long-term professional impact.
Koster will present “Discrimination, Harassment & Retaliation in a High-Enforcement Jurisdiction” at the Employment Law & HR Summit, covering workplace obligations and claims risk in active enforcement environments. Adegbesan will present “Training, Culture & Compliance in a Regulated Workplace,” offering practical approaches to employee training and policy implementation.
The Employment Law & HR Summit: Tri-State Region will convene general counsel, chief human resources officers, and senior employment leaders to discuss emerging workplace risks and developments in federal, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut labor and employment law. The program will address artificial intelligence in the workplace, pay transparency, discrimination, wage and hour compliance, immigration, and related compliance challenges.
The Women in Law & Leadership Summit: NY will bring together senior legal and business leaders, in-house counsel, financial services executives, and other decision-makers for discussions on influence, risk management, and the evolving challenges shaping today’s legal and business environments.
With more than 30 years of experience, Kierkut, a shareholder in the firm’s New Jersey office, advises and represents national and international clients in trade secret and noncompete counseling and litigation, employment law, and complex commercial litigation. She also counsels employers on workplace compliance issues and has been recognized for her work supporting women in the law.
Koster, a shareholder in the firm’s Houston and New York offices, advises employers on labor and employment compliance, workplace investigations, litigation, and employment issues arising in corporate transactions. She defends employers in wage and hour, discrimination, contractual disputes, workplace accommodation, return-to-work, and employment policy matters.
Adegbesan, an associate with more than eight years of experience, including serving as assistant general counsel at a major U.S. energy company, sits in the firm’s Philadelphia office. She represents clients in labor, employment, and litigation matters across industries. Her practice includes Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigations and proceedings involving retaliation, discrimination, and harassment claims, and she counsels employers on employee handbooks, multistate compliance, employment policies, and agreements.
