Greenberg Traurig’s Mian R. Wang Presents at ABA’s 2026 International Law Section Fall Conference

BOSTON – Sept. 21, 2026 –Mian R. Wang, a Litigation shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will present on the panel, “The Special Relationship Between Co-Counsels in Cross-Border Disputes — Making it Work,” at the American Bar Association’s 2026 International Law Section Fall Conference Sept. 24 in London, England.

The program will explore the do’s and don’ts of effective co-counsel relationships on cross-border matters and the pitfalls resulting from cultural differences on either side of the Atlantic. Topics will include selecting local counsel, handling client communications, allocating tasks and roles, managing expectations, employing effective communication techniques, navigating professional ethics conflicts, determining fees, and addressing timing issues.

Wang focuses her practice on matters involving corporate malfeasance related to mergers and acquisitions, alleged financial fraud stemming from borrower-lender relationships, and cross-border litigation and arbitration. She represents public and private companies, financial institutions, directors, officers, and individuals. Her practice covers multiple disciplines and industries, including education, health care, event management, startup companies, financial institutions, and commercial finance and asset management firms.
