NEW YORK – Oct. 28, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Terradot Soil, Inc. (Terradot) in a $34 million senior secured term loan from HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. to support Terradot’s enhanced rock weathering projects in the United States and Brazil.
The projects are supported by fixed-price, multiyear offtake agreements with Frontier, a coalition that includes Google, Salesforce, JPMorgan, Shopify, and Stripe. The investment also is supported by carbon delivery insurance from CFC, arranged through Marsh.
Enhanced rock weathering involves spreading crushed rock on agricultural land to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. According to the companies’ announcement, Terradot is scheduled to deploy 1 million metric tons of rock across 60,000 hectares (150,000 acres) of farmland during 2026 and 2027.
The Greenberg Traurig team representing Terradot was led by Shareholder C. Logan Anderson and included Associates Cesar Fischer and Amelia Lucas.
