Tiffany M. Andras is a team-oriented litigator who represents clients in a wide range of complex matters in various federal jurisdictions and in multi-district litigation. She is experienced in virtually all aspects of pre-trial litigation in class actions, CERCLA environmental litigation, products liability, fraud, general commercial contract disputes, and defending clients against claims brought under various federal statutes. She has worked with clients facing enforcement action by federal regulatory agencies, helping companies navigate responding to requests for information and preparing for meetings and interviews with federal regulators. Tiffany has also worked with clients facing ongoing civil investigations by the Department of Justice under the False Claims Act.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Tiffany worked in financial reporting as an analyst at a publicly traded retail apparel company, gaining valuable insight and understanding of corporate finance.



  • Represents a major manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals in an ongoing multi-district litigation involving both individual personal injury and class action claims arising from the alleged presence of nitrosamines in pharmaceutical products, with a focus on the class action claims. The consolidated proceedings involve personal injury claims, consumer class action claims for economic loss and medical monitoring, and economic loss claims asserted by a class of third-party payors.
  • Defends product manufacturers in various industries against product liability consumer class actions, including a major automotive company and a major appliance brand.
  • Represented a major online services company in connection with a TCPA class action.
  • Represented an insurance company in a collective action alleging violation of wage and hour laws under FLSA and related state laws.
  • Represents an oil and gas company in an ongoing, multi-defendant CERCLA litigation relating to groundwater contamination.
  • Represented a paper manufacturer in relation to a $1.2B cleanup of one of the largest PCB-contamination Superfund sites under CERCLA.
  • Represented a major railroad company in a CERCLA action.
  • Advised medical device manufacturer in connection with a years-long False Claims Act investigation by the U.S. DOJ stemming from a medical device recall, ultimately securing dismissal.
  • Advised for-profit higher education institution in connection with a False Claims Act investigation by the U.S. DOJ.
  • Advised lighting manufacturer in connection with an enforcement action by the U.S. Department of Energy.
  • Advised product manufacturer in connection with threatened enforcement action by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
  • Conducted an internal investigation in connection with a data security incident at a higher education institution.
  • Conducted an internal investigation within a municipality relating to use of civil funds.
  • Conducted an internal investigation for an international manufacturer relating to potential anti-kickback liability.
  • Represents an individual against civil claims brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission arising from a construction company’s misstated financial statements.
  • Represented an international fashion retailer that was defrauded in relation to a marketing campaign.
  • Represented a major financial institution in connection with fraud-based UCC claims.
  • Member of trial team that in 2015 obtained a top 10 civil damages award in a bench trial in Arizona representing a founder of a pharmaceutical company for claims under Delaware law arising from wrongful dilution of equity shares and subsequent squeeze out by reverse stock split.
  • Represented a sub-contractor in relation to a commercial dispute over a large construction project at an oil & gas facility.
  • Represented the seller entity in a dispute brought by a purchaser of a hospice care company alleging fraud in the inducement and seeking rescission of the purchase agreement.
