Tiffany M. Andras is a litigator with experience representing clients in a wide range of complex matters in various federal jurisdictions and in multi-district litigation. She has experience in CERCLA environmental litigation, class actions, products liability, shareholder disputes, director and officer fiduciary duty claims, fraud, commercial banking, wage and hour disputes under the FLSA, general commercial contract disputes, and defending clients against claims brought under various federal statutes. She has worked with clients facing enforcement action by federal regulatory agencies, helping companies navigate responses to requests for information, and is experienced working with clients facing ongoing civil investigations by the Department of Justice under the False Claims Act.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Tiffany worked in financial reporting as an analyst at a publicly traded retail apparel company, gaining valuable insight and understanding of corporate finance. She leverages this experience to add value to her legal practice by being able to comfortably analyze and interpret financial records and large data sets.



  • Represents a major manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals in an ongoing multi-district litigation involving both individual personal injury and putative class action claims, with a focus on the class action claims.
  • Represents manufacturers in various industries defending against product liability consumer class actions.
  • Represents an oil and gas company in an ongoing CERCLA action.
  • Represented a railroad company in a CERCLA action.
  • Member of trial team that successfully obtained civil verdict awarding damages to founder of pharmaceutical company in bench trial for claims under Delaware law arising from wrongful dilution of equity shares and subsequent squeeze out by reverse stock split.
