Adam Azzaoui is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Construction Law Practice, with a focus on commercial and residential property transactions, institutional investments, and derivatives. He represents clients in various industries, including developers and financial institutions.
Adam counsels clients in transactions and disputes related to the design, construction, and development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Adam’s experience includes complex loan agreements, alternative investment vehicles such as DSTs, derivatives and real estate purchase and sale agreements. He has represented large pension plans in significant fund investments.
