Michael D. Baglino represents financial institutions in connection with complex commercial real estate finance transactions. He regularly advises lenders in the making of commercial real estate loans secured by various real estate assets including  multifamily, retail, mixed-used, office, industrial, and hospitality properties. He has a wide range of experience with all aspects of commercial real estate financings, including mortgage and mezzanine financings, leasehold financings, and financings structured for securitization. Michael also represents real estate owners, developers, and investors in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate.

  • Represented a lender in connection with a $60m loan secured by a 10-property portfolio located across several states.°
  • Represented a debt-fund both as mortgage lender and mezzanine lender in connection with several multi-million-dollar loans secured by various properties located across the country, including a $191m loan secured by a Manhattan multifamily property.°
  • Represented an investment firm as lender in connection with various loans including a $19m loan secured by a hotel and a $300m loan secured by a Manhattan office building.°
  • Represented an international investment bank as lender in connection with a $153m loan secured by a leasehold interest in a New Jersey office building.°
  • Represented an international investment bank as lender in connection with a $50m loan secured by a leasehold interest in a New Jersey multi-family property.°
  • Represented an international investor in connection with its $113.5m acquisition and $50m financing of a Midtown Manhattan property.°
  • Represented a global investment bank in connection with its $75m acquisition and $40m financing of a multifamily property.°
  • Represented a global investment bank in connection with its $70m acquisition and $39m financing of a multifamily property.°
  • Represented a global investment bank in connection with forming and structuring its joint-venture and its $92.5m acquisition and $77m financing of a multifamily portfolio.°
