George Banis is a registered patent agent and former patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. George has hands-on experience in research and development and submitting patent applications for devices. He assists clients in patent prosecution matters and conducts patent review, interviews with patent examiners and Office Action submissions in a variety of technical areas including medical devices, diagnostic systems and biotechnology. He also handles patent application and review, as well as invalidity and infringement analysis and prior art searching.
