Ari J. Ben-Saull is an associate in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice. Ari represents clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions in connection with construction, permanent and leveraged financings secured by all asset types throughout the United States, including office, retail, hotel, multifamily, and industrial properties.

  • Represented a real estate investment firm in connection with a $138 million mortgage and mezzanine financing for the development of a multifamily rental project with ground floor retail space in Los Angeles, California.°
  • Represented a real estate investment firm in connection with a $211.2 million mortgage and mezzanine financing for the development of a luxury residential rental building in Washington, D.C.°
  • Represented a real estate investment firm in connection with a $67.5 million Shari’ah-compliant financing for the acquisition of a Class “AA” apartment complex in Tampa, Florida.°
  • Represented a real estate investment firm in connection with revolving mortgage and mezzanine credit facilities in in the aggregate amount of $150 million for the construction of a portfolio of industrial properties throughout the United States.°
  • Represented a private equity fund in connection with a $240 million mortgage and mezzanine financing for a high-rise development project with multifamily, office and retail space located in Brooklyn, New York.°
  • Represented a private equity fund in connection with a $206 million financing secured by a portfolio of cross-collateralized and cross-defaults non-union hotel properties in California and Oregon.°
  • Represented an institutional lender in connection with a $60 million financing for the development of a state-of-the-art laboratory facility in Waltham, Massachusetts.°
