Lauren Berkowitz focuses her practice on employment-based immigration and compliance, advising U.S. and multinational businesses as well as individuals across a wide range of industries. She is valued for developing creative solutions to complex immigration challenges, particularly for global executives and high-level managers relocating to the U.S., employers hiring and retaining international talent, and students and recent graduates navigating U.S. immigration pathways.
