Lou Ann Brunenn advises financial institutions and corporate borrowers on the structuring and documentation of secured and unsecured credit facilities. She regularly represents lead arrangers and administrative agents in a broad range of large corporate and middle-market syndicated transactions, including cash flow and asset-based facilities, acquisition financings, sponsor-backed financings, and multicurrency facilities. Her practice spans transactions from middle-market club deals to multibillion-dollar leveraged financings. She advises on the full life cycle of lending matters, from loan originations to distressed debt workouts and restructurings.

Lou Ann has experience across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, insurance, restaurants, health care, transportation, media, and financial services.
