Gina Faldetta handles a variety of high-profile, complex litigation matters, with a focus on class actions, breach of contract disputes, products liability, mass torts, and general commercial litigation. She is experienced in litigating in both state and federal courts, including in multi-district litigations (MDLs) and class actions. She represents clients from a wide range of industries, including the consumer products, pharmaceutical/medical device, health care, automotive, and insurance sectors. Gina has experience with day-to-day case management, development of case strategy, drafting complex briefs and motions, participating in virtually all aspects of fact and expert discovery, and preparing witnesses for oral testimony.
Gina is actively involved in the New York legal community, serving as an Officer for the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York (KALAGNY), a professional membership organization of attorneys and law students. She serves as co-chair of the KALAGNY Women’s Committee and co-chair of Publications on the Gala Committee. She also volunteers her time as a mentor in KALAGNY’s nationally-recognized Mentorship Program.
