Paweł Fortuna is a member of the Competition Law Practice at the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw Office. He advises on competition and consumer protection law and foreign investment control. His experience includes representing clients in antitrust proceedings conducted by Polish and EU competition authorities as well as in appeal proceedings before the courts. Paweł comprehensively advises on antitrust issues related to M&A transactions and represents clients in merger control proceedings. His expertise also includes conducting analyses of the antitrust aspects of market strategies employed by entrepreneurs as well as their horizontal and vertical cooperation. He also conducts antitrust audits and supports clients during dawn raids and unannounced inspections by antitrust authorities.
