Natalie focuses her practice primarily on mergers & acquisitions, emerging company and venture capital matters, debt and equity financings, commercial transactions, and general corporate governance matters. She represents clients across various industries, including renewable energy, technology, life sciences, entertainment, transportation, and manufacturing.
