Katie Giel is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Phoenix office. Her experience includes negotiating, drafting, and conducting diligence related to real estate and corporate agreements to facilitate a broad variety of transactions for diverse clients with wide-ranging needs. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing of a wide variety of commercial property, including multi-use developments, office buildings, retail spaces, restaurants, and industrial sites.

Katie also counsels law firms, lawyers, and law firm investors on the regulation of lawyering. She advises clients on the Rules of Professional Conduct, the regulation of alternative business structure law firms, and other ethics and professional responsibility issues related to the practice of law.
