Stephen R. Goler, a member of the firm's Real Estate Fund Practice, focuses his practice on providing fund and joint venture representation to real estate investment fund sponsors and their partners and investors in the U.S. and internationally. His fund practice includes all stages of the investment fund lifecycle: structuring; formation; governance; and dissolution. Stephen also has substantial experience in complex commercial real estate transactions and he represents and advises developers, operators and lenders in a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, property management and development, and secured borrowing.
