Nicole Maroulakos Goodwin is Co-Managing Shareholder of the Phoenix Office. Nicole is a problem solver and complex commercial litigator, whose practice includes real estate litigation, financial services litigation, and post-acquisition disputes. She has represented public and private corporate clients in state and federal trial and appeals courts, as well as before administrative tribunals and arbitration venues. Nicole is a counselor and advisor on exposure and litigation alternatives for clients that range from Arizona-based businesses to large national clients.

Nicole has first chair experience litigating fiduciary duty claims involving directors, officers and shareholders of corporations, and members of limited liability companies. She has represented clients in matters resulting in obtaining preliminary and final injunctive relief.

Nicole also has substantial experience in creditors' rights litigation, including the representation of clients in contested receiverships, provisional remedy proceedings, fair market value hearings, and all manner of loan enforcement actions.

A trained mediator who has served as a faculty member for the firm’s mediation training curriculum and mediated numerous matters as a Judge Pro Tempore, Nicole is also available to mediate select commercial matters.
