He also devotes significant time to pro bono cases involving criminal justice.

Jordan represents companies across various industries in trade secret cases, and has represented some of the most significant entertainment and media companies in high-profile litigation.

Topics include what constitutes a trade secret, what’s required to maintain them, how to sufficiently identify trade secrets in litigation, remedies for misappropriation and how to get them, and practical tips to protect these critical assets and litigate these cases. Working with his Knowledge Solutions group and other key team members, Jordan created this podcast to systematize constant learning of the law on this subject as it develops in real time and give listeners who need to stay current in this area easy, digestible data points in episodes short enough for a commute.
