Sean Jessee focuses his practice on products liability litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical, medical device and health care litigation. He has experience litigating a variety of complex matters in both state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation. Sean is involved in the representation and defense of manufacturers in product liability cases across the country. In addition, Sean has been involved in the defense of hospitals, pharmacies, health care providers and pharmacists in claims alleging professional malpractice.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Sean served as a Staff Attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
