  • Represented owner of commercial units in dispute with cooperative board over board’s withholding of consent to potential commercial tenants.°
  • Represented property owner in a federal action to recover possession from commercial parties who occupied the property pursuant to occupancy agreement entered into with the United States of America after property was seized in federal criminal case.°
  • Obtained dismissal in Supreme Court of Westchester County on behalf of commercial landlord based upon a parallel proceeding.°
  • Assisted commercial landlord in obtaining injunctive relief against tenant restaurant that was operating in violation of New York City Department of Mental Health and Hygiene regulations.°
