Brian Pantaleo has a wide-range of experience in commercial litigation. Currently, his practice focuses upon defending businesses against various statutory claims, including the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, as well as other state consumer protection statutes.

Brian has more than a decade of experience representing clients in all phases of litigation – from pretrial to appeal. He has tried cases in multiple jurisdictions on behalf of those he represents. During his career, Brian’s clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses, and even individuals. He has defended consumer finance claims, employment disputes, civil rights claims, pharmaceutical malpractice claims, and other complex commercial matters. Brian is licensed Florida, New Jersey, and New York.
