Rico Vicencio is a forward-thinking, pragmatic corporate transactional attorney, who guides his clients through complex M&A and financing transactions, providing legal advice and tools to help them achieve their business objectives while managing risk. His approach to advising clients has been built through over 20 years of buy and sell-side M&A experience, advising on early and late stage financings, and serving as outside general counsel to companies in a variety of industries. Rico also is a former attorney-advisor with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. His current clients include publicly traded companies and private, closely held businesses that are engaged in digital and information technology, SaaS, government contracting, life sciences, and cybersecurity.
