Profile
Anna Yeung defends pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer product companies in complex, high-stakes litigation—including class actions, mass torts, and product defect lawsuits—with a focus on efficient resolution and long-term risk mitigation. She has experience managing coordinated proceedings across jurisdictions, including multi-district litigations (MDLs), Judicial Council Coordinated Proceedings (JCCPs), and consolidated state court actions.
Anna represents companies across a diverse range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, personal care products, apparel, home appliances, telecommunications, construction materials, and emerging technologies. She routinely advises on litigation preparedness, regulatory compliance, issues arising under FDA regulations, HIPAA, expert development, and discovery strategy.
She has secured defense verdicts, dispositive rulings, and settlements in cases involving toxic torts, chemical exposures, consumer protection statutes, and manufacturing, design and labeling defect allegations. Her work spans the full litigation lifecycle—from pre-suit investigation to trial and appeal—and includes strategic collaboration with clients, co-counsel, and experts in multi-party settings.
In addition to her litigation practice, Anna volunteers at the Asian Pacific Islander (API) Legal Outreach and Asian American Bar Association (AABA) pro bono legal clinic in San Francisco, where she provides legal assistance to low-income Bay Area residents in immigration, family law, and housing matters.
