Tyrone A. Adras
Tyrone A. Adras focuses his practice on consumer finance litigation matters. Mr. Adras has wide-ranging experience representing financial institutions and other institutional lenders and servicers in commercial litigation proceedings, and residential and commercial foreclosure matters, including those involving mortgage-backed securities. In addition, Mr. Adras’ practice involves representing clients in lender-liability and consumer finance litigation involving various claims such as breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty, as well as claims brought under various federal and state statutes, including the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, the various regulations promulgated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act.
