  • Counseled clients on a broad range of legal matters concerning investment management, custody, and escrow accounts of individuals as well as those of institutions.°
  • Drafted and negotiated a variety of agreements, including vendor and confidentiality matters, client agreements, and services agreements with third-party investment managers.°
  • Advised large financial institution on compliance matters concerning state and federal laws and regulations.°
  • Counseled clients on investment-related digital initiatives, such as client onboarding and experience portals, mobile apps, and electronic delivery and signature matters in compliance with the ESIGN Act and SEC guidance.°
  • Counseled clients on international matters and establishment of asset management relationships with non-U.S. residents, reverse inquiry applicability, and permissible U.S. mutual fund investment.°
