Guillermo Sánchez Chao, shareholder in the International Trade practice at Greenberg Traurig's Mexico City office, will participate as a speaker at the session "Volatility in Global Trade and Supply Chain Structures - challenges of constant adaptation", organized by the IBA International Commerce and Distribution Committee, with the support of the IBA Corporate Counsel Forum, the IBA European Regional Forum and the IBA International Trade and Customs Law Committee, to be held on April 15-16, 2026 at The Charles Hotel in Munich.
The session will bring together international leaders and specialists to analyze the main legal challenges arising from trade volatility, tariff barriers and pressures on global supply chains, including dispute resolution, due diligence, contract drafting, as well as ESG and financing considerations.
