Brian Pantaleo Joins Greenberg Traurig West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Sept. 22, 2016 – International law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. today announced the addition of Brian Pantaleo to its West Palm Beach office. Pantaleo, who joins the office as of counsel, focuses his practice on consumer debt collection defense and employment disputes, handling client matters in all phases of litigation.

Pantaleo has extensive experience defending businesses against various statutory claims relating to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Florida Consumer Collection Practice Act, and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. In addition, he has litigated matters from pretrial negotiations to verdicts and appeals involving complex business disputes, employment defense, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, property disputes, and civil rights defense.

Pantaleo practiced in New Jersey for more than eight years representing clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters and tried cases before the New Jersey Superior Court and Office of Administrative Law, resulting in favorable verdicts. In 2012, Pantaleo was admitted to The Florida Bar and has worked in West Palm Beach since then. Admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and New Jersey, Pantaleo’s cross-market background and presence allows him to service national and local clients with a deep understanding of state and local law.

Pantaleo received a J.D. in 2004 from Loyola Law School. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association. Previously he was a board member of Young Friends of the Kravis Center in 2013- 2015 and Collinsville Daycare in 2009-2012. Pantaleo also served as President of 31-27 Sussex Condominium Association, 2009-2012.
