Greenberg Traurig Represents FINERY, the Wardrobe Operating System™, in $5 Million Series Seed Funding

NORTHERN VIRGINIA — Jan. 23, 2018 — Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented FINERY, the world’s first online wardrobe platform that automates users’ styling and shopping with predictive analytics, in connection with its $5 million series seed preferred financing round led by venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates (NEA).

FINERY’s proprietary backend process seamlessly integrates with users’ shopping histories and purchase patterns to automatically organize wardrobes, suggest outfits and purchases, and even monitor returns. According to a press release issued by FINERY on Jan. 16, 2018, funds from this round will be used to grow the company’s team of top developers and data scientists.

Corporate lawyers Ryan P. Kelley and Fiorello J. “Rico” Vicencio Jr. led Greenberg Traurig’s legal team for the FINERY matter from the firm’s Northern Virginia office.
