Greenberg Traurig Represents Vizient, Inc. in its Sale of CLM Business Unit to Aya Healthcare

DALLAS – August 13, 2021 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP attorneys represented Vizient, Inc. in the sale of its Contract Labor Management (CLM) business unit to Aya Healthcare, Inc. The sale is set to close September 2021.

Vizient is widely considered the largest member-driven health care performance improvement company in the United States. According to Aya Healthcare, Vizient’s health system members will continue to seamlessly receive enhanced workforce services, including leading vendor management and staffing solutions, through Aya’s new subsidiary, Vaya Workforce Solutions, LLC.

The sale was led by Corporate Practice Shareholder Thomas Woolsey and Health Care & FDA Practice Shareholder Michael L. Malone, both of whom are based in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office.
