Greenberg Traurig Advises Premier Plastic Surgery Partners on Formation of Private Equity Investment Platform

ATLANTA – July 20, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised Premier Plastic Surgery Partners, LLC, a plastic surgery company offering a physician-led alternative to traditional platform options, on the company’s establishment as a new investment vehicle and management entity for plastic surgery practices.
