LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas – July 17, 2023 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP Shareholder Nikki E. Dobay will speak at the Southeastern Association of Tax Administrators (SEATA) 73rd Annual Conference July 17 and 18 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
This year’s theme for the conference is “Rockin’ on the River” and will feature keynote speakers and tax administration industry panelists.
Dobay, a Sacramento-based tax attorney who is widely recognized for her deep experience and understanding of state tax policy and the legislative process, will speak on two panels: “Court Case Roundup” on July 17 and “Multi-State Power of Attorney Project” on July 18.
Dobay also advises her clients on sophisticated multistate tax issues as well as the consequences and planning opportunities related to corporate mergers and acquisitions transactions. She also oversees state and local tax controversy matters, ranging from audits to appellate litigation, and involving sales and use taxes, income and franchise taxes, property taxes, and constitutional issues.
